Our process starts as soon as you hit “CALL NOW”

Before we go into what we offer, lets talk about the beginning of our process. We always start with a FREE Building Inspection. At Michigan Creature Catchers, we believe that you shouldn’t have to pay to find out you’ve got creatures.

After we go through the attic space, roof top, check the siding/exterior walls, and the foundation for any gaps or spaces that would allow animals access to your home or office, we will talk about options for removal or exclusion, repair work, and restoration work if need be. Every home or building is unique, and to service you best we adopted an attitude of “There is no one size fits all with us.” We also offer more than just cleaning, traps and, seal ups, we also like to go over preventative options to help deter creatures from choosing your home when they’re out shopping for new real estate.

We offer Solutions for all builds! The animals don’t mind where you live, or what you do, neither do we!

Residential Homes - Nobody wants to worry about a bat flying around their bedroom at 3 A.M. or if the noise they just heard was a raccoon coming in from a midnight grocery run. Our homes are our sanctuaries, and its unpleasant to feel like one's sanctuary has been intruded upon. Luckily, although the animals move quickly when they come, so do we.

Our work begins with humane forms of animal exclusion and trapping. Our primary focus is on resolving these intrusions ethically and effectively, ensuring both the safety of the residents as well being as humane as possible while evicting the animals, and lastly, to prevent future intrusions into your home.

Commercial - When it comes to businesses, we understand what you've got going on, and how important it is to the business and all of its interests that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible. Whether it's a health code concern, client or employee safety matter,  raccoons falling from the ceiling during your church service, or perhaps you want to just avoid further damages done to your building, our rapid response team is a call away and always ready to handle any wildlife issue at the office.

Are you curious on what our Trapping & Removal, & Exclusion Services look like?

After completing the inspection and going over all of the access points, confirming the type of animal you have, doing a damage assessment, and looking for prevention solutions we would begin by closing off all but one of those points. Using a Live Animal Trap we would create a one way doorway from your home to our cage. After the door closes we will remove the animal, and replace another trap in its spot. After 5-7 days of being noise free, we will pull the trap! All of our cages we use a cage cover to keep whoever is being relocated is out of the elements and dry.

In the terms of Bats, Birds, & Mice we do what is called Exclusion work. We will install one way doors on the home allowing for the flying animals to leave the home but they will not be able to return. What makes this service so effective is being able to go around the entirety of the home, sealing off any potential intrusion points before they become a problem.

Excluding animals from the home is a proactive and humane approach to wildlife control that focuses on keeping animals out. This process involves carefully inspecting the structure for potential entry points—such as gaps in the roofline, vents, soffits, siding intersections, and more! After finding the access points we would seal them with durable, wildlife-resistant materials. One-way exclusion doors will be used temporarily to allow animals to exit without re-entry.

Proper exclusion not only protects your property from damage and contamination caused by nesting or chewing but also safeguards the health of your family by preventing the spread of diseases associated with wildlife. Professional exclusion is a long-term solution that supports both the safety of our clients interests, and protecting animal welfare.

For us it is company policy to seal the home up as a whole unit, however this is so we can back our work with a 5 year warranty.

We have options for how we close the holes off, one style uses a Polyvinyl Chloride dipped welded wire fencing to cover access holes, the color of the fencing is black. Another way uses aluminum flashing trim coil color matched to your homes color. For Bats, Birds, & Mice we also offer using a chew proof sealant and steel mesh backer to close up gaps.

We also have skilled tradesmen on our team ready to tackle any animal related damages or damages that would allow for an animal to intrude again.

After the home or building is creature free we can go over clean up!

Clean up, Sanitation, and Remediation.

The team at Michigan Creature Catchers is dedicated to providing a one stop shop for our clients in their time of need, and the most important part of having animals is animals make messes. Getting the animal out is usually only half the battle, as animal feces and urine will attract other animals.

We have a structured process that begins with removal of the droppings, nests, & insulation damaged beyond repair. After we are clean, our system uses agents to break down the ammonia in animal urine, following with medical grade disinfectants and cleaners. Once we are clean & sanitized , insulation will be reinstalled following all local and state building codes.
